Pearls Dispenser

You can find the serial number on the side of the card board box or underneath the top part of the dispenser. It starts with VC1000 followed by a number.

No calibration required. Components are wear-free.
Check color consistency daily. Weight check is not giving the right value due to volumetric properties.
Each canister is adjusted with pigment related data and linked to Innovatint POS software. Dispensing is highly reproducible. The smallest increment is 1/384th (≈0.08 ml).
Only one preparation at setup under normal conditions. Repeating set up if canisters are rearranged or replaced.
Maintain general cleanliness by wiping the hopper periodically preferably with a dry towel.

The machines configuration can be changed, both by software changes and by physically moving the canisters around.
In the event of a part breaking they are easily replaceable with help of the training videos.

Tinting / Pearls

Typically 60–70%, varying by pigment chemistry.
Standard packaging is 2 liter for POS quality, 20L containers available for in-plant quality.

Innovatint

Yes, depending on POS version. Supports connected, automated setups.
The Vibrantz color lab provides standard color formulas. For additional requirements, Innovatint software offers advanced options, including database management and color matching tools.
All formulations are stored in the Innovatint POS system. It can connect to your own database, Innovatint LAB software, or accept direct input before dispensing.
